Today I had the most amazing bespoke facial treatment with Sam.
Sam is committed from the moment you enter the clinic to ensure you have the most personal treatment for your needs. For me today this included chemical peel with scalp and hand massage whilst the treatment was in progress followed by light therapy to give my post ‘ COVID nursing ‘ face the best chance of healing from wearing masks and visors. Sams knowledge of skin is outstanding and she really is a master of her craft thank you Sam

I’m in my mid forties and have never suffered too many skin complaints before.
About 2 weeks into lockdown I had a breakout on my left cheek.
It was quite unsightly and despite trying several things to get rid of it, it just wouldn’t go away.
I explained it over text and sent photos to Sam we then had a online skin consultation via FaceTime and miraculously she was able to identify the problem and suggest a solution.
A few day’s later my prescription package was left on my doorstep with the most amazing AlumierMD products in it along with instructions of an easy 3 step skincare routine.
Sam also sent me a video demonstrating how to use and apply the products.
After just one week of using them the problem has completely disappeared and my skin looks radiant. I am so pleased with the result and even more pleased with Sams kindness and knowledge. She really goes above and beyond and it’s plain to see that she loves her job and really cares. I cannot recommend her or the AlumierMD range enough. Thank you so much.

I had my first chemical peel with Sam a couple of weeks ago. I’m getting married in May so wanted to see if I could improve my skin for then. I was hoping to reduce black heads and stop my horrid hormonal spotty skin.
On the day after my treatment my skin looked amazing so fresh. A couple of days after I stared to get a little spots appear on my forehead, around my nose and a couple on my chin. I assumed it was my skin balancing out but the next day it looked worse, (I’d thought I’d had an allergic reaction) I spoke to Sam and reassured me it was all okay and what I was experiencing was called purging. She said I could come to the clinic the next day for some spot treatment. Sam was so helpful and so knowledgable I felt confident it was all going to be fine. The product started working within a few days and a week later my skin was almost completely clear! I am so happy and shocked by the results - my skin has NEVER looked this good. Really looking forward to my next treatment. Thank you Sam.

Sam is THE most amazing lady that you would ever want to go to for your facial needs. My experience with her has been second to none. Everything that she does is explained clearly, she demonstrates that she knows and LOVES her profession inside and out. When I first came to Sam my skin was not looking the best after following advice from a spa technician. Within 3 treatments my skin is looking so much clearer, brighter and more toned. I have been going to Sam since 2003 and she is a fabulous lady makes you feel very special and she is so welcoming. Her treatments are always spot-on and she gives great advice . I went to see Sam on Saturday 12th of January for a facial and left it to Sam to decide what I needed. Following a consultation sent took me to one of her two treatment rooms and I got on a couch which had a heated blanket underneath with a lovely duvet on top and I could have fallen asleep there and then . Sam then popped a cushion under my knees to take the pressure off my lower back it’s with touches like that you know she cares . Now onto the treatment a beautiful cleansing of the skin was followed by something unexpected micro dermabrasion if you are wincing because you think it’s painful it isn’t . It was somewhat relaxing strangely. Then some gel was applied to my face and a devise giving out blue light and a mild electric current was gently moved over my skin . Lastly a mask was applied to my face and the serum carried down to my Décolleté. A vibrating wand was used around my face to help my skin absorb the serum. Once finished Sam propped the back of the couch up and gave me a glass of water. She then gave me a face mask as there was serum left in the pack a sample of the AlumierMD tinted moisturiser with an SPF of 40 and the AlumierMD brochure with the items she would recommend me to use. My skin looked absolutely amazing and even my husband noticed how much fresher my skin looked today it feels amazing and looks great and I’m looking forward to showing it off at work tomorrow. I was very lucky to win the chemical peel treatment, with Sam. As I have never had this treatment before, naturally I approached it with both apprehension and wonder, will I leave looking like Samantha from Sex and the City after her chemical peel? We all remember that episode haha. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong…….
When you arrive at Samantha Harrop Advanced Skincare & Beauty, you are met with a beautiful cabin that offers peace and tranquillity. Sam makes you feel comfortable very quickly. Not only does she have an extensive knowledge of her treatments and products, she is very good at determining what is the best treatment for you. In short, this lady knows her stuff! Sam’s passion and enthusiasm for helping other really shows and this makes you feel that you are in good hands.
The treatment itself was painless and rather enjoyable. Throughout, Sam checked my comfort levels and talked me through each stage. After the treatment, I was provided with great aftercare including a detailed plan to follow at home and also the products to enable me to continue to care for my skin. Two weeks on and my skin is looking bright, smooth, refreshed and renewed! It looks fabulous!

I have been coming to see Sam for many years, and to think, it all started with a spray tan!!
I have had many treatments ranging from waxing (monthly), facials, massages, eye lash tints and pedicures.
The last facial I received was absolutely amazing, and even my mum commented on my glow and complexion afterwards. If anyone knows my mum, that is an amazing compliment, so much so, she has booked herself.
Sam has always been very professional, caring and knowledgeable in all aspects of her treatments. As soon as you walk into the cabin you feel relaxed and at ease and nothing is too much trouble.

Well what can I say... as a 19 year old girl, we tend to feel more self conscious then any other age groups, I also have a condition called PCOS, a side effect of PCOS is long, thick hair growth in unwanted areas. Every month Sam works her magic on me and let me tell you it is magic. I have been to many places for my waxing and every time I have left with either an extremely painful rash, lots of patches they have missed or genuinely just feeling so rubbish about myself. Sam is more then just my ‘waxer’, she is someone who I feel safe with and I trust her to the best job she can! I have NEVER left Sam with a single hair where it shouldn’t be, a rash nor feeling embarrassed. She truly is the waxing queen. Thank you so much for all the attention you gave to my concerns about my face lines & wrinkles. As you know I was feeling very down about the saggy jaw line. Every visit to Sam’s is a hugely enjoyable experience thanks to her warm, caring and professional
manner... She is also on occasion hilarious!
No matter how old you may feel going in, coming out you feel - thanks to great treatments - a facially
rejuvenated version of yourself with noticeably firmer and plumper skin.
I have had a course of Casey treatments and am now on maintenance. Every procedure is explained in
detail and Sams knowledge and passion for skin is evident. My cheeks and brows have lifted and I
have smoother looking skin.
During a Casi treatment I mentioned to Sam that I felt my skin was looking a little dull and she suggested I
try using Allumier Retinol Resurfacing Serum 2- 3 time nightly. I have been doing this for the last 3 months
and I can see demonstrable results. My skin looks brighter, more even in tone and fine lines have been
reduced... I bumped into a friend on the way to work that I hadn’t seen for four years and the first thing
