Wow how hot has it been, now I wouldn’t be doing my job if I was wasn’t to say be carful in the sun, remember to reapply your sun screen, wear hat and sunglasses, try to keep your shoulders covered and for sure now is the time to stay hydrated one with your intake and also externally with serums and masks.
My go to are AlumierMD Ultimate Boost this is applied every day before moisturiser it’s a lightweight serum that boosts hydration and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with sodium hyaluronate, vitamin B3 and the best peptide on the market MATRIXYL synthe’6 and added powerful antioxidants makes this a favourite. Then for a hydrating treatment it’s a CACI Hydro Mask, this is heavenly!
A tip is to put this in the fridge if you want a real cooling treat, apply and relax for a good 20 mins if you have the time, the other good thing with this mask is it comes with soooo much serum so don’t throw it away, I put the extra serum in an egg cup with foil over the top and keep it in the fridge and use it up daily till it’s gone. This really does quench thirsty skin and leaves it feeling plump and soothed, thanks to the collagen, hyaluronic acid and rosewater, you would like to purchase either please do drop me a message.
I was absolutely devastated to hear Boris’s announcement, so we are to hold off giving any facial treatment till further notice, he will be making another announcement expected on the 15th August so fingers crossed we will have another date soon.
In the meantime, I’m still busy moving your skin forward with online skin consultations or in clinic. I have to say this line of work has really opened my eyes to what we can achieve even without in clinic treatments, the feedback has been incredible I have put some of them on my Instagram page and will definitely be keeping this approach even when normality resumes!
