It’s the “Age of the Bathfluence!“
Being immersed in warm water triggers physiological and psychological responses of the total relaxation and comfort, the benefits are huge. I know I know showers are so much more efficient and a good quick in and out, however a bath is kinda like giving yourself a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. So why not treat yourself with Epsom salts if your body is aching or a nice bubble bath me matey! Or like me, I like to treat myself with candles and the lovely smelling Elemis Milk Bath, I love that soak no bubbles but the smell is so divine and my skin is beautifully soft after every Cleopatra. Go on treat yourself to some me time .
