Welcome back

I want to start by saying a massive THANK YOU for all your support during the last 4 months, it’s been amazing meeting so many new faces online. It has also been a real eye opener as to how I can help with your skin even when I haven’t been hands on as such, and I will definitely be bringing this service into my new way of working. My priority moving forward with the news we can re-open is your safety, as well as keeping my high standards of hygiene, I am happy to reassure you I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID 19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists LTD, this is the trade body for our industry.

I have made a number of changes in the way that I can operate which you will definitely notice when you next visit, it’s all good and you will still receive a friendly face, sadly just not a hug.

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of COVID-19, please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT come to the clinic for your appointment. I have amended my normal booking terms and conditions, so you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness.

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I ask that you attend your appointment as close to the appointment time as possible, if you arrive early please wait in your car and text me.

You will be greeted and asked to come inside,  you can sanitise your hands on entry.

Please only bring the bare minimum with you ie car keys, phone and method of payment if you haven’t already paid in advance. Please don’t bring handbags, the less that comes into the clinic the less cross contamination.

My beverage service has been suspended.

Toilet facilities are currently unavailable.

After your treatment, please do not be offended that I ask you to leave (a first I know) this is to allow me time to clean and prepare for the next client and stops you from bumping into anyone. All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the government and the NHS regarding safe practice and I will amend them as necessary.

At the moment I’m sorry to say no facial treatments are allowed, this includes facials, eyebrow treatments, lash treatments, and facial waxing.

I have also had to put a minimum spend in place due to my limited availability of £30.

I am really looking forward to being back in clinic and seeing you beautiful people in the flesh again. If you have any concerns please do get in contact as I’m here to help and guide you through this new process.

Until we meet

Wishing you health and happiness

Sam x
